Our hire period is usually 48 hours so that you can relax on your event day having the items the day before and collected the day after. Please ask for a quotation for longer periods of hire. Popular items may be subject to a shorter turnaround time, which will be pre-arranged with you before your event The customer is responsible for all the items from the time of delivery to the time of collection.
Delivery and Collection
We deliver free of charge within 20 miles of Shrewsbury, thereafter we charge 50p per mile there and back. Items will be delivered clean and undamaged, please check all items upon receipt and notify us if there are any issues. Failure to notify us may result in you forfeiting your damage deposit. Items do not need to be cleaned before collection.
We have a £100 minimum hire charge.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total order is required to secure your date. The final balance must be paid 28 days prior to your event. We also require a £100 refundable damage deposit with your final balance which will be returned once your order is checked for breakages or losses. This deposit will be returned within 10 working days minus deductions for breakages and losses.
Sarah Belcher Events Ltd who runs Pretty Little Gorgeous have full Public Liability Insurance. We will accept no responsibility for damages or injuries to any person or property as a result of the hire of any of our items.
We advise our customers to take out suitable insurance as the items will be the customers responsibility from time of delivery until they are collected and as such the customer is responsible for any and all breakages and losses.
